Over the 16 & 17 May 2026, Eakon Academy conducted our Installation, Servicing & Maintenance Air Conditioning (HVAC) Course, where participants stepped into a real practical learning environment instead of just theory.
From understanding basic installation procedures to troubleshooting and hands-on servicing work, participants were exposed to real industry practices that mirror actual job site requirements. The goal is simple — to bridge the gap between knowledge and employability.
What made this session meaningful was not just the technical learning, but the confidence gained when participants successfully completed practical tasks on their own.
