• Active Ingredient: Macitentan 10mg per tablet
• Inactive Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate.

• Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): To reduce the risks of disease progression and hospitalization for PAH in adults.

• Adults: The recommended dose is 10mg once daily. Doses higher than 10mg once daily have not been studied in patients with PAH and are not recommended.
• Administration: Take the tablet orally with or without food.
