Breathe in slowly and deeply through your mouth while pressing down firmly on the canister to release a dose
Hold your breath for 5–10 seconds, then breathe out gently
Repeat the above steps if a second dose is prescribed
Replace the cover after use
Rinse your mouth with water after each use to reduce the risk of oral thrush
