Brozil Capsule 300mg contains Gemfibrozil 300mg. Gemfibrozil is a lipid-regulating agent used to lower elevated levels of lipids (fats) in the blood, particularly triglycerides.
Indications:

• Hyperlipidemia: Treatment of high lipid/fat levels in the blood, particularly when dietary changes and weight loss have not been effective.

• Dosage: Typically, 2 capsules (600mg) taken twice daily. Always follow your doctor's prescription.
• Administration: Take 30 minutes before the morning and evening meals.
• Precautions: Avoid if you are allergic to gemfibrozil. Use with caution if you have liver problems, gallstones, or primary biliary cirrhosis. Inform your doctor if you are taking other medications, as gemfibrozil can interact with statins and warfarin.
• Monitoring: Regular follow-ups with your doctor are recommended to monitor progress and adjust dosage if necessary.
