Toyota Malaysia Records 6,464 Vehicle Sales In April 2026
Toyota continues to maintain strong momentum in Malaysia after recording 6,464 vehicle deliveries in April 2026, pushing its cumulative sales for the year to 21,924 units.
The latest achievement reflects growing demand for Toyota’s expanding range of vehicles, especially as the brand increases its focus on electrified mobility solutions for Malaysian consumers.
To support the shift towards greener transportation, Toyota is actively expanding its lineup of electrified vehicles under its Multi-Pathway strategy, offering both hybrid and fully electric options based on customer preferences and daily driving needs.
Its current electrified portfolio in Malaysia includes models such as the Toyota bZ4X, Urban Cruiser BEV, Hilux BEV, and the newly introduced Yaris Cross Hybrid, giving buyers more choices in the SUV and EV segments.
According to UMW Toyota Motor president Datuk Ravindran K, the company’s goal is to provide mobility solutions that are practical and suitable for different lifestyles, while also strengthening after-sales support and ownership experience for customers nationwide.
At the same time, Toyota is rewarding customers through its ongoing Toyota MY App Campaign, where users can collect up to 1,000 Loyal-T Points for app registration and service bookings at authorised service centres.
Customers looking to purchase a new Toyota can also enjoy monthly instalment plans starting from RM746 during the brand’s latest promotional campaign.
