KUALA LUMPUR (May 8): PropNex Malaysia has officially entered the regional record books after being recognised by Asean Records and Asia Records for organising the Largest Paid Real Estate Sales Masterclass Featuring a Millionaire Trainer Panel through its flagship Advance Sales Techniques (AST) — Millionaire Mastery programme.
The recognition was achieved during the 18th edition of AST, held over three days from May 5 to 7, 2026 at The Vertical. The event drew 803 paid participants in a single seating while featuring 23 millionaire speakers on stage and 60 millionaire achievers from both Malaysia and Singapore attending physically.
The AST programme is built upon the proven training framework of PropNex Singapore and is spearheaded by Alan Lim, who serves as the master trainer. The curriculum focuses on practical real estate sales strategies including emotional selling, effective marketing techniques, buyer and seller qualification, open listing methods, and advanced negotiation skills.
According to PropNex Malaysia, the programme has produced 54 millionaires since its introduction in Malaysia, reflecting the effectiveness of structured sales coaching and mentorship within the real estate industry. Notably, 50 participants returned as repeat attendees for this latest edition, indicating strong confidence in the programme’s value and learning outcomes.
PropNex Malaysia chief executive officer Marcus Teng described the achievement as a reflection of the company’s strong training ecosystem and growth-driven culture among its negotiators.
The record-breaking accomplishment follows another recent milestone for the company, where PropNex Malaysia surpassed 2,000 registered estate negotiators (RENs), announced earlier during the PropNex Infinity Convention.
Since becoming the master licensee of PropNex Singapore in 2018, the company has expanded its presence across Malaysia with branches in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, KLCC, Johor Bahru, Cheras, Penang, Sabah, and Sarawak.
What I Learned From This
This achievement highlights how continuous professional training and knowledge-sharing can significantly elevate performance within the real estate industry. The AST Millionaire Mastery programme demonstrates that successful property sales are not solely dependent on market conditions, but also on mindset, communication skills, negotiation ability, and consistent personal development.
I also learned that strong mentorship and exposure to high-performing industry leaders can accelerate growth for property negotiators. The presence of multiple millionaire speakers and achievers creates an environment where practical experiences, proven sales techniques, and real-world strategies can be directly shared with participants.
Another key takeaway is the importance of building a structured training ecosystem within a property agency. PropNex Malaysia’s growth to more than 2,000 RENs and its ability to produce multiple millionaire achievers show that investing in education, coaching, and skill enhancement can strengthen both individual careers and overall company performance.
Lastly, the event reflects the growing professionalism and competitiveness of Malaysia’s real estate industry, where agencies are increasingly focusing on high-level training, branding, and performance culture to stand out in the market.
