❓ Frequently Asked Questions (Premier Card Policy)
Q: What are the monthly fees for the Premier Card?
A: A monthly administrative fee of RM250 nett applies for the primary cardholder, and RM120 nett for each supplementary cardholder. However, the club waives these monthly subscription fees for all cardholders during the first 360 days of activation.
Q: Is the Premier Card transferable?
A: Yes, the Premier Card is transferable, except during the first 360 days from activation. After this period, a transfer fee of 15% of the Prevailing Rate applies. However, the original owner may transfer the principal card to immediate family members (parents, spouse, children over 21) at no cost on the first transaction.
Q: What happens if I am away from Malaysia for a long time?
A: Cardholders leaving Malaysia for over six continuous months can apply for "Absent Status" in writing at least two weeks prior to departure. While on Absent Status, benefits are paused, and monthly fees are suspended until you notify the management of your return.
Q: When must I activate the card after purchasing a Villa?
A: Existing home owners must activate the card no later than December 31, 2024. New owners must complete registration within 6 months after the full settlement of the property, otherwise, all rights and benefits will be forfeited.
